No. All Truucore products are for research use only and are not intended for human consumption, diagnostic use, or therapeutic application.
Truucore products are sold to qualified research professionals and institutions. By ordering, you confirm the compounds are for in-vitro research use only.
All COAs are available on our COAs page. Each product has a corresponding third-party certificate of analysis that can be viewed at any time.
Every batch is sent to an independent, third-party analytical lab. The signed certificate of analysis is attached to that lot - we don't test ourselves or write our own numbers.
Orders are shipped in a protective box with bubble wrap, inside a padded mailer. All inventory is stored in a dedicated freezer prior to shipping to maintain product integrity. Shipping options include Standard (5-7 days), Priority (2-3 days), and Express (next day).
Orders placed are shipped within 0-1 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days and lyophilized peptides don't require cold shipping-they're stable at room temperature. All orders ship in discreet, unlabeled packaging.
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping varies by country due to customs regulations on research materials. Contact our support team for specific country availability.
Lyophilized powder may shift during transit. This is normal and does not affect purity, potency, or quality. Once reconstituted, all product dissolves fully regardless of powder appearance.
Every order includes damage protection. If your product arrives damaged during shipping, send us photos within 48 hours and we'll replace it once at no cost. Photo evidence is required and all claims are reviewed. One replacement per customer per order. Products that have been reconstituted are not eligible. TruuCore is not responsible for improper storage or misuse after delivery.
Freeze-dried peptides are highly stable. For short-term storage (under 3 months), keeping them at room temperature in a cool, dark place works fine. For long-term storage, store at 2-8°C (refrigerator) or -20°C (freezer). Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. When stored properly, lyophilized peptides can stay stable for over 2 years.
