Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Truucore website, products, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By visiting the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

All Truucore products are supplied strictly for in-vitro research use only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not intended for human consumption, diagnostic use, or therapeutic application.

Eligibility & research use

The Service is intended for qualified research professionals, academic institutions, and commercial laboratories. By creating an account or placing an order you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 21 years of age.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and if acting on behalf of an organization, the authority to bind that organization.
  • You are acquiring products solely for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research.
  • You will handle and store products in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies.
  • You will not resell, repackage, or distribute products for human or animal consumption.
  • You accept full responsibility for the safe, lawful, and appropriate use of anything purchased through the Service.

We may request verification of age, research credentials, or institutional affiliation at any time and may cancel orders or terminate accounts where satisfactory verification is not provided.

FDA & FTC disclosure

None of Truucore's products or statements have been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition. No content on the Service constitutes medical advice, dosing guidance, or a recommendation for human or animal use. Truucore makes no health, performance, or cosmetic benefit claims about any product and does not permit customers, reviewers, or affiliates to do so in connection with our products.

Account & access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Orders & preorders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. An order is confirmed once payment has been received and verified; until then it remains "awaiting payment" and is not a guaranteed sale.

Select products may be listed as available for preorder, as indicated on the product page. Submitting an order for a preorder item reserves capacity for a future batch once quality assurance testing and release documentation are complete. Preorder acceptance is a confirmation of receipt and reservation, not a binding shipping commitment.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable, a listing contains an inaccuracy, or we suspect fraud or misuse. Where an order is cancelled, any amount charged will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of taxes, duties, and any carrier-imposed fees, which are the buyer's responsibility. We do not accept credit or debit cards. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and may include cryptocurrency (USDT) and peer-to-peer transfer services such as Zelle or Venmo.

Every payment method is asynchronous: an order is placed as "awaiting payment," and payment is confirmed either automatically (on-chain verification for cryptocurrency payments) or manually by our team (for peer-to-peer payments) before the order is fulfilled. Follow only the payment instructions shown for your order, send the exact amount requested, and include the requested order memo when one is provided.

Pricing and product availability may change at any time without notice. Typographical errors or inaccurate pricing will not obligate us to honor the incorrect value.

Fulfillment

In-stock orders are fulfilled once payment is confirmed. Fulfillment windows for preorder items additionally depend on batch QA release. Actual delivery timing also depends on carrier capacity and destination, and we do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Local regulations for research compounds may apply. Please verify eligibility before ordering.

Returns & refunds

Because research materials are sensitive to handling and storage conditions outside our control, all sales are generally final once a product has shipped. If your order arrives damaged, mislabeled, or does not match the certificate of analysis, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will work with you on a replacement or refund at our discretion. Reconstituted or opened products are not eligible for replacement.

Chargebacks & payment abuse

All transactions are subject to verification. We may decline or cancel any order suspected of fraud, regulatory risk, or ineligibility. By placing an order you authorize us to share relevant transaction data with payment and transfer service providers and, where necessary, law enforcement.

Initiating a chargeback for an order you received as described, rather than contacting us to resolve the issue, may be treated as payment fraud. We reserve the right to dispute such chargebacks with documentation of delivery and order history, permanently disable the associated account, block future orders, and pursue any other remedies available under law.

Intellectual property

The Service, including all content, branding, product photography, documentation, and code, is the property of Truucore or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Service for personal, non-commercial research purposes. No license is granted to reproduce or distribute any portion of the Service without prior written consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service.
  • Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or index content without written permission.
  • Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or purpose.
  • Submit false product or research-use declarations.
  • Resell, repackage, relabel, or redistribute Truucore products without our prior written authorization, including to any party whose intended use is not in-vitro research.
  • Discuss, solicit, promote, or engage in any practice of human or animal dosing of products purchased from Truucore, through customer communications, reviews, social media, or any other channel.
  • Market, label, describe, or review any Truucore product as suitable for human or veterinary consumption, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, or to imply any health, performance, or cosmetic benefit, including via testimonials or before/after content.

Violation of this section, particularly any discussion or practice of human or animal dosing, or any representation of a Truucore product as safe or effective for human use, may result in immediate termination of your account, cancellation of pending orders, and a permanent ban from the Service, at our sole discretion.

Assumption of risk

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR PURCHASE, POSSESSION, HANDLING, STORAGE, AND USE OF ANY PRODUCTS FROM TRUUCORE IS AT YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RISK. TRUUCORE SELLS RESEARCH COMPOUNDS INTENDED SOLELY FOR IN-VITRO LABORATORY USE. BY PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT, YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RISKS ARISING FROM IMPROPER STORAGE, HANDLING, CONTAMINATION, DEGRADATION, MISUSE, OR ANY APPLICATION OF THE PRODUCT TO ANY HUMAN OR ANIMAL. YOU WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST TRUUCORE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR MISUSE OF PRODUCTS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUUCORE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION THAT ANY PRODUCT IS SAFE OR EFFECTIVE FOR ANY SPECIFIC USE BEYOND THE PUBLISHED IN-VITRO RESEARCH CONTEXT. CERTIFICATES OF ANALYSIS (COA) REFLECT TESTING RESULTS AT THE TIME OF ANALYSIS AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE A WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR ANY SPECIFIC APPLICATION.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUUCORE AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF TRUUCORE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Truucore, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use, misuse, or handling of any products purchased from Truucore, including any injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from administration, ingestion, injection, or application of products to any human or animal.
  • Any statements, claims, testimonials, reviews, or representations you make to any third party regarding Truucore products, including health, performance, or cosmetic claims, or any instructions for human or animal use.
  • Any violation of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct outlined above.
  • Any violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights in connection with your purchase, possession, use, or distribution of products.
  • Any regulatory action, investigation, or enforcement proceeding brought against Truucore as a result of your actions, statements, or use of products.

This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your account and these Terms. Truucore reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense; you agree not to settle any such matter without our prior written consent.

Arbitration & class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

  • Binding arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Service, or any products purchased from Truucore will be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in the State of New Jersey.
  • Class-action waiver. YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST TRUUCORE.
  • Small-claims exception. Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court for disputes within the court's jurisdictional limits.
  • Injunctive relief. Nothing in this section prevents Truucore from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to a trial by jury and your right to participate in a class action.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration under the section above, it will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that finding will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver is effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Truucore.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and Truucore regarding your use of the Service and purchase of products, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written. No statement made by any Truucore employee, agent, or representative, whether through customer support, email, social media, or any other channel, will modify these Terms unless set forth in a written amendment signed by an authorized representative of Truucore.

Email Marketing Terms

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring marketing emails (for example, restock alerts and deals) from Truucore at the email address you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Email frequency varies. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email. Marketing email is delivered through our email provider, Resend.
